I visited my sister last weekend. We live about four hours away from each other. She recently moved to Atlanta after she got a job with a law firm there. I was really proud of her because she had already landed the job before she graduated from school. She decided that she was going to be making enough money that she could buy her first home. She bought a really cute bungalow that was built in the 1930s. It is perfect for her with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. She has the place decorated in a shabby chic style, which has always been her signature look. My favorite thing that she has done to her house is to get two oversized sofas for her living room. They are so comfortable. This weekend, when I visited her, the weather was nasty. We went to mall and dinner, but for most of the weekend we spent the day inside. We just sprawled out of the sofas and watched directv. It was a blissfully relaxing weekend. I hope that I get to do it again soon.
