Protein Shakes are usually pretty gross. But what I have found it is to used milk instead of water. It gives it a nice taste and that extra calcium for your bones so they dont break during a work out haha jk. I’ve been working out off and on for the past 5 years and have tried alot of different protein shakes out there and right now my current favorite one is this Whey Protein with Stevia. The taste is pretty good even though it mixed with water. I drink this before and after a workout and it has been helping me alot.

Especially after a workout when your muscles need that extra protein to help heal faster and hopefully get bigger and toner. Not all whey proteins are created equal. This protein is much different then anything else on the market. There is no fat, no cholesterol just organic protein thats great for your body without any kind of harmful substances.
