Found this dog off a korean website and I was just so amazed how ripped a dog can get. Seems like the website doesn’t really say how they got a dog this big, buff and ripped. None the less, this is a dog I would never mess with.

I think this is a common mutation in greyhounds. I forget what it is called.

It’s called Adobencephilits. It is a common affliction on not just Greyhounds but on many creatures found on the internet.

It’s a common mutation in greyhounds when you breed two “speedy” dogs – sometimes you get a “super-brawny”. But, this dog is an excellent stud/bitch – bred with a non-speedy greyhound will always produce a fast “speedy” greyhound.

we talked about this very pic when i was in high school my biology teacher said it looks like that because there is a chemical in the body that controls how much your muscles grow and this dog is lacking it so there is no limit to its muscle growth but i forget what the chemical is called

This is a whippet and it is not on steroids nor is it a product of photoshop. It was on the animal planet a few weeks ago and is a sort of mutation. It is somewhat common in several breeds and creates what is referred to as a bully.

dude the dog is like looking at me and it is scary

that is for sure not a natural occuring thing if the pic is even real … I have seen something they have been developing and tested on a cow that gave him twice as many muscles as he would normally have

The 12th post is right. This is not photoshopped or doctored in anyway. This is Wendy the whippet who was part of a US Study of the mutation of the myostatin gene. Theres several articles about her online. Look them up.

I never ever post but this time I will,Thanks alot for the great blog.

You are all wrong, its real and not photoshoped- It’s called myostatin deficiency. its a genetic deficiency that causes the muscles to lose the ability to limit muscle growth. constantly growing new, usable muscle. Cows, humans, most mammals can get it too.

Wouldn’t stereoids kill a dog?
