The picture is pretty clear and it does look like a Apple iPhone. Wow if this is the real deal he must of paid some good money for it. Or hell whoever took this shot is just advertising the iPhone even more..You take a guess

If he’s on CalTrain, my hunch is, he’s an Apple employee on his way to or from work … and probably shouldn’t have taken it out of the Cupertino building. Either way, after June 29th, we’ll see tons of them around, I’m sure.
